Why we built OccamsHub
OccamsHub was born from a key insight: the greatest efficiency gains in cloud operations come from pairing AI with human expertise, not from AI acting alone.
Our founding team previously pioneered human-in-the-loop AI across global security operations centers . The takeaway was clear: AI shouldn’t make decisions in a vacuum. Doing so leads to hallucinations, false positives, and noise. Effective AI must continuously capture and synthesize tribal knowledge, pairing human judgment with real-time telemetry and simulated failures to drive efficiency in cloud operations.
Today's market is caught between two broken extremes:
Legacy APMs
Legacy APMs force engineers to act as human correlation engines. Teams spend hours manually sifting through log noise, tuning brittle alert thresholds, and writing complex queries under 2 AM war room pressure.
"AI SRE" tools
“AI SRE” tools attempt to solve this by wrapping LLMs over legacy APM stacks. This creates the worst of both worlds. They inherit the high costs, cardinality limits, and latency of legacy APMs while forcing LLMs to generate vendor-proprietary queries that LLMs are notoriously inefficient at writing. This leads to coarse context, hallucinations, and ballooning token bills.
Instead of pasting an unpredictable LLM onto an old data engine, we built OccamsHub from the ground up around a native streaming core, a high-performance context engine, and human-in-the-loop efficiency.

This context powers specialized copilots that predict failures and automate root cause analysis, while continuously learning from your engineering team to make every future detection and diagnosis progressively sharper.

Our founding team
Uday Veeramachaneni
Founder & CEO
Prior to founding OccamsHub, Uday was the co-founder and CEO of PatternEx (acquired), an early pioneer in human-in-the-loop AI systems. At PatternEx, he assembled a world-class team of AI and security experts to build one of the industry’s first Virtual Analyst platforms—deployed at scale across major global telecom carriers.
Uday brings over two decades of deep infrastructure and security expertise, having previously led core product and engineering teams at enterprise cloud pioneers including Juniper Networks, Citrix, and Riverbed. He holds a Master’s in Economics from BITS Pilani and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Tofol Torrens
Data engineering lead
Tofol is a distributed systems veteran specializing in high-cardinality OLAP databases, real-time query engines, and streaming telemetry pipelines. Over a 15-year career, he has designed and operated massive-scale database clusters capable of processing millions of daily transactions under extreme concurrency.
Following his role as Lead Architect at Bluekiri (acquired by Logitravel), Tofol now focuses on open data standards. He is a maintainer and contributor across the OpenTelemetry and data integration ecosystems.
Gabriel Garau Estarellas
AI Engineering Lead
Gabriel leads AI Engineering at OccamsHub, bringing an elite background in state-of-the-art machine learning, and AI applications. Prior to OccamsHub, he engineered large-scale data lineage and entity deduplication models for one of Europe’s largest online hotel networks, processing massive high-concurrency client streams.
A published author in quantum AI technologies, Gabriel has designed novel machine learning architectures that consistently outperform benchmark state-of-the-art solutions. He holds an M.S. in Artificial Intelligence, dual B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and took 1st Place in Spain’s National Physics Competition.
Yung Duong
Enterprise Sales Lead
A specialist in early-stage GTM execution, he brings over 15 years of experience building initial enterprise pipelines for high-growth, venture-backed tech startups. He has served as the first sales hire at six enterprise startups, driving two successful exits and an IPO—via VMware, Anaplan, and Salesforce.
At OccamsHub, he leads early GTM strategy and enterprise adoption for the AI-powered SRE Copilot platform. Blending corporate finance rigor with complex technical sales execution, he specializes in scaling disruptive AI and infrastructure platforms from early product-market fit to enterprise scale. He holds a Bachelors in Economics from Columbia University.
